In this signature class, breath-work will be used to release tension stored in your body. Work on slowing it all down with this gentle restorative flow class as you unlock new space in your body and mind. the best way to incorporate a little self-care at the end of your day.

This live 55 minute all levels friendly class will nourish your body and create calm, all from the comfort of your own home.

This class will take place on Zoom. All you'll need is a yoga mat, your laptop or phone, and a quiet space in your home to practice. If you have blocks or a blanket at home, grab them too!
